Terms of service

These terms govern your use of foldiva.com and any purchase you make through it. The store is operated by Draftworks EOOD (UIC 208757228, VAT BG208757228), Plovdiv, Bulgaria, trading as Foldiva. Contact: info@foldiva.com.

Who we sell to: we sell to consumers in the European Economic Area. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Orders and contract: your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Pricing: all prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it, and we will contact you first.

Delivery: our products are dispatched either from within the European Union or from our manufacturing partner outside it. The applicable origin is stated on each product page, and delivery estimates for both are set out in our Shipping Policy. They are estimates, not guarantees. Where an order contains items from both origins, they may arrive as separate parcels on different dates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Right of withdrawal: you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Product information: we describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials and dimensions. Photographs are illustrative and colours may vary slightly between screens. Where a product is sized, please use the measurements provided rather than the size label alone.

Product safety and intended use: our products are pet accessories intended for ordinary domestic use with healthy animals. They are not medical or veterinary devices and we make no health or medical claims about them. Supervise your pet when introducing any new product, and stop using it if it becomes damaged or worn. Do not use any product for a purpose it was not designed for.

Acceptable use: you may not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, or to copy its content for commercial purposes without our permission.

Intellectual property: the Foldiva name, our written content and our page designs belong to Draftworks EOOD.

Liability: we do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law: these terms are governed by Bulgarian law. As a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes: we may update these terms. The version published at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
