Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in line with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

 

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you named) receive the goods.

 

To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us at info@foldiva.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. Email is fine, no form required.

 

Returns: send the item back within 14 days of telling us you're withdrawing. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods unless the item is faulty or was misdescribed.

 

Refunds: once we receive the returned item, we'll refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used to pay, including standard delivery costs. We may withhold the refund until we've received the goods back or you've supplied proof of return, whichever is earlier.

 

Condition of goods: you're only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what's necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item.

 

Faulty or damaged items: contact info@foldiva.com with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
