Shipping policy

Where we ship: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

Two dispatch origins. Some of our products are dispatched from within the European Union. Others are dispatched from our manufacturing partner outside the EU. Each product page states which applies to that item, and your delivery estimate and shipping cost are calculated from it at checkout.

Dispatched from within the EU: delivery in 4-7 working days. No customs procedure, no import duty, nothing to pay on arrival.

Dispatched from our manufacturing partner: delivery in 10-14 working days. Any import duty is paid by us, not by you. You will never be asked for an extra payment on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for one, email info@foldiva.com and we will resolve it and reimburse you.

Shipping cost: shown at checkout before you pay. It depends on what is in your basket and where those items are dispatched from. Nothing is ever added after checkout.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders containing both: if your basket mixes items from both origins, they ship as separate parcels and arrive on different dates. Each parcel is tracked separately, and you are not charged shipping twice.

Tracking: you will receive a tracking link by email for each parcel once it ships.

Delays: if your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email info@foldiva.com with your order number and we will either chase it or refund you.
