How fast is shipping?
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Delivery currently takes 10-14 business days, because our stock ships from our manufacturing partner rather than an EU warehouse. We would rather tell you that up front than promise a delivery date we cannot meet. Shipping is free on every order. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What's your return policy?
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason needed, in line with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Email info@foldiva.com to start a return. If an item arrives faulty or misdescribed, we cover the return shipping too.
Are Foldiva products safe for my pet?
